He came into painting through the sales side, learned the trade end to end, and kept noticing the same thing: the whole industry felt rigid and joyless. He and his wife Dakotah moved to Charlotte, fell for the city, and decided this was where they wanted to put down roots and build something that lasts. Their faith is the foundation of how they run it, and in practice that means honesty about what your home actually needs, care taken with it, and a real interest in the people who live there.

Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to one. Austin comes out, looks at the actual surfaces, asks what you are hoping for, and sends a written quote that breaks out what is included. If your project is not a good fit for us, we will tell you that instead of quoting it anyway.

Yes. Every project carries our 100% workmanship warranty, and a satisfaction guarantee alongside it: the crew does not leave until you are happy with the work. We also honor the extended warranties available through Sherwin-Williams on eligible products.
We work with Sherwin-Williams and specify the product to the surface rather than using one line for everything. Trim takes a different enamel than walls, bathrooms need a moisture rated finish, and exteriors in this climate need something built for humidity and UV.
It depends on the season. May through July is our busiest stretch and books out furthest; winter usually moves faster. Call (980) 224-2995 and you will get a current lead time the same day rather than a vague answer.
It depends on the scope. A single room is usually a day or two, a whole house interior runs about four to seven working days, and a cabinet kitchen is five to seven. Your written quote carries the schedule before anything starts, and if weather or a job running long moves it, you hear that from us rather than having to ask.
That is up to you. Plenty of clients leave a key or a garage code and go to work. We will send updates as the project moves, and we walk the finished work with you in person before calling it done.
